Consumption of these fruits will protect your body, strengthen the immune system and will be helpful for the rapid regeneration of cells. In it's turn, the turmeric has anti-inflammatory effect. Antioxidant smoothie
1.
Peel mango,orange and carrot.

Dice mango and carrot.Devide orange into segments.Put all the ingredients in your blender,add coconut milk and grind until homogeneous paste is obtained.

You can add some ice cubes to taste.Your drink is ready!
